Mayzly بيساعدك تقارن العربيات المعلن عنها، وتفهم مؤشرات الأسعار، وتجهّز أسئلة للبائع أو للفني اللي هيفحص العربية. التقديرات والدرجات والتوصيات وعروض السعر المقترحة آراء استرشادية تساعدك في القرار، مش حقائق مؤكدة ولا تعليمات إنك تشتري أو تبيع أو تدفع سعر معيّن.Mayzly helps you compare advertised vehicles, understand pricing signals and prepare questions for a seller or inspector. Estimates, scores, recommendations and suggested offers are decision-support opinions, not statements of certain fact or instructions to buy, sell or pay a particular price.

دور Mayzly في التقارير دي هو تقديم معلومات، مش بيع العربية أو فحصها بشكل مستقل نيابةً عنك أو ضمان البائع أو الصفقة. التقرير مش بديل عن رأي متخصص في الميكانيكا أو التقييم أو الأمور القانونية أو المالية حسب ظروفك. قرارات الشراء والبيع والتفاوض بتاخدها أنت.In providing these reports, Mayzly is an information service, not the vehicle's seller, your independent inspector, or a guarantor of the seller or transaction. The report does not replace professional mechanical, valuation, legal or financial advice appropriate to your circumstances. You make the purchase, sale and negotiation decisions.

2. البيانات ممكن تكون ناقصة أو قديمة أو غلط2. Data can be incomplete, outdated or wrong

التقرير بيستخدم المعلومات المتاحة وقت جمعها. الإعلانات وكلام البائع وبيانات المستخدم والسجلات من الجهات الخارجية ممكن يكون فيها أخطاء أو تفاصيل ناقصة أو أوصاف مضللة أو معلومات قديمة. استخراج البيانات ومطابقتها وتحليلها آليًا ممكن يغلط كمان. وجود رابط للمصدر أو تاريخ لجمع البيانات مش معناه إن Mayzly تحقّق منها بشكل مستقل أو إنها لسه سارية.Reports use information available when it is collected. Listings, seller statements, user inputs and third-party records may contain mistakes, omissions, misleading descriptions or old information. Automated extraction, matching and analysis can also make errors. A source link or capture date does not mean that Mayzly has independently verified the information or that it is still current.

بنعمل على مصادر مدعومة، وممكن نحاول نقرأ روابط من مصادر تانية، لكن نجاح الوصول أو استخراج البيانات مش مضمون. التغطية بتختلف حسب المصدر والعربية والتوقيت؛ ومش بنغطي كل إعلان أو منصة أو عربية أو حدث مهم. نقص البيانات أو وجود قسم فاضي أو عدم ظهور تحذير معناه بس إن التحليل المتاح ما رصدش المعلومة، مش إن مفيش مشكلة.We work with supported sources and may attempt to read other links, but successful access or extraction is not guaranteed. Coverage varies by source, vehicle and time; we do not cover every listing, platform, vehicle or relevant event. Missing data, an empty section or no warning means only that the available analysis did not identify the information, not that a problem does not exist.

3. تقديرات السعر وعرض بداية التفاوض3. Price estimates and opening offers

مقارنات السوق مبنية على الأسعار المطلوبة في الإعلانات، مش دليل على صفقات تمت أو أسعار دفعها المشترون فعلًا. النطاق المقترح أو وصف «سعر عادل» أو درجة السعر تقدير من العينة المتاحة، مش تقييم معتمد ولا عرض سعر ملزم ولا ضمان إنك تقدر تشتري أو تبيع بالسعر ده. اختلاف الفئة والكيلومترات والحالة والمكان والتوقيت والتفاصيل الناقصة ممكن يغيّر النتيجة بشكل كبير.Market comparisons are based on advertised asking prices, not proof of completed sales or the prices buyers actually paid. A suggested range, fair-price label or price score is an estimate from the available sample, not a certified valuation, binding quote or guaranteed achievable price. Differences in trim, mileage, condition, location, timing and missing details can materially change the result.

Inspection findings and verified vehicle details may justify a different offer or no purchase at all. Unless expressly included, displayed vehicle prices and estimates may not include taxes, transfer costs, finance charges, repairs or other fees.

4. أنماط فحص العربيات المشابهة مش فحص للعربية دي4. Similar-car inspection patterns are not an inspection of this car

لما التقرير يعرض أنماط من فحوصات عربيات مشابهة، دي ملاحظات منزوعة بيانات التعريف عن عربيات تانية. مش دليل إن العربية المعلن عنها فيها نفس العيوب أو خالية منها. قائمة الفحص أو مؤشر الخطر أو الأثر التقديري للإصلاح مش تشخيص ولا فحص فعلي للعربية محل التقرير، ومش بيتنبأ بكل العيوب أو الأعطال المستقبلية.Where a report refers to inspection patterns from similar cars, these are anonymised observations about other vehicles. They do not establish that the advertised car has, or does not have, the same faults. A checklist, risk signal or estimated repair implication is not a diagnosis or a physical inspection of the target vehicle, and does not predict every defect or future failure.

5. مؤشرات تطابق الإعلانات5. Duplicate-listing match signals

فحص تكرار الإعلانات بيشمل بس المصادر والسجلات المتاحة للخاصية. وصف التطابق بأنه «مؤكد» بيعبّر عن الثقة في الربط بين السجلات المتاحة؛ مش توثيق قانوني لهوية العربية أو ملكيتها أو صحة موقف البائع. التطابق المحتمل ممكن يكون غلط، ومش دليل إن الإعلانين لنفس العربية. ولا أي نوع من التطابقات دي يثبت الاحتيال. إعادة نشر الإعلان أو استخدام نفس الصور أو تشابه الوصف ممكن يطلع تطابقات. عدم وجود تطابق مش دليل إن الإعلان فريد أو حقيقي. اتأكد من أي اختلاف ظاهر من المصادر الأصلية ومن البائع.Duplicate-listing checks cover only the sources and records available to the feature. A match labelled confirmed describes confidence in linking the available records; it is not legal verification of vehicle identity, ownership or seller legitimacy. A possible match can be wrong and does not prove that two listings refer to the same car. Neither type of match proves fraud. Reposting, shared photographs and similar descriptions can produce matches. No match does not prove that a listing is unique or genuine. Verify any apparent discrepancy with the original sources and seller.

6. لازم تتأكد من إيه قبل ما تكمّل؟6. What you must verify before proceeding

التقرير الإيجابي أو عدم ظهور تحذير مش شهادة بصحة الملكية أو سندها أو المستندات أو سجل الحوادث أو قراءة العداد أو الحالة الميكانيكية أو صلاحية العربية للسير أو سلامتها. قبل ما تدفع عربون أو تمضي أو تتمّم الشراء، اتأكد بشكل مستقل من السعر الحالي وكل الرسوم والتوافر وهوية البائع وحقه في البيع وهوية العربية ومواصفاتها ومستندات الملكية والترخيص.A favourable report or the absence of a warning does not certify ownership, title, document authenticity, accident history, mileage, mechanical condition, roadworthiness or safety. Before paying a deposit, signing or completing a purchase, independently confirm the current price, all fees, availability, seller identity and authority to sell, vehicle identity and specifications, and ownership and registration documents.

Check the relevant records and documents with the competent authorities where needed. Do not rely on Mayzly as a substitute for these steps.

7. المصادر الخارجية والتعاملات مع الغير7. Third-party sources and transactions

عرض إعلان أو اسم مصدر أو رابط أو مقارنة مش تزكية ولا توثيق ولا ضمان لبائع أو عربية أو خدمة خارجية. الجهات الخارجية بتتحكم في محتواها وتعاملاتها. راجع شروطها الحالية واتحقق من ادعاءاتها بشكل مستقل. الحدود دي ما بتلغيش أي مسؤولية بيفرضها القانون على Mayzly عن تصرفاته هو.A listing, source name, link or comparison is not an endorsement, authentication or guarantee of a seller, vehicle or third-party service. Third parties control their own content and dealings. You should review their current terms and independently verify their claims. These limitations do not remove any responsibility that the law places on Mayzly for its own conduct.

8. من غير ضمانات إضافية غير اللي بيفرضها القانون8. No guarantees beyond those required by law

في أقصى حدود يسمح بها القانون الواجب التطبيق، يُقدَّم الموقع والتقارير والتقديرات بحالتها الراهنة وحسب توافرها، دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية للدقة أو الاكتمال أو الحداثة أو استمرار الإتاحة أو الملاءمة لغرضك الخاص. درجة الثقة بتوصف الأدلة أو التحليل المتاح؛ مش وعد بالدقة ولا تأكيد إن العربية آمنة أو إن شراءها مناسب. وده لا يلغي أي تعهّد صريح محدد قدّمناه لك أو أي حماية يفرضها القانون.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, reports and estimates are provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, currentness, uninterrupted availability or suitability for your particular purpose. مع مراعاة الحقوق والحماية الموضّحة أدناه، وفقط بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون الواجب التطبيق، يخلي Mayzly مسؤوليته عن الخسائر الناشئة عن معلومات خارجية غير دقيقة أو ناقصة، أو تغيّر الإعلانات أو الأسعار، أو تعذّر الوصول للمصادر، أو أخطاء الاستخراج الآلي أو التقدير، أو الاعتماد على آراء التقرير أو عروض السعر المقترحة. ويشمل ذلك خسائر الشراء والتفاوض والإصلاح وإعادة البيع، والخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الربح.Subject to the protections below, and only to the extent applicable law permits, Mayzly excludes liability for losses arising from inaccurate or missing third-party information, changing listings or prices, unavailable sources, automated extraction or estimation errors, or reliance on report opinions or suggested offers. This includes purchase, negotiation, repair and resale losses, and indirect or consequential loss or lost profits.
